Located in the Emek Hefer industrial park our plant enjoys the best environmental services and perfect center of Israel location.
MODELING
Once design ideas are finalized, our talented and experienced team of master mold artisans create the first master mold which is the base for production. These are created using traditional and well acquired methods that are unique and diverse.
WAXING
Using semi auto machinery, waxing is done in a full control closed system in order to maintain weight and surface textures in our complicated designs. Treeing is done appropriately.
CASTING
Using induction top of the line European machinery, casting is done in full vacuum control while maintaining unique surfaces and textures.
FINISHING
Our talented and experienced team of jewelers file, solder and finish our fine castings using special and exclusive techniques we have acquired over our 30 years in business.
STONE SETTING
Using our unique setting techniques, a talented team of experienced stone setters, place and set gemstones and diamonds after certifying their quality with our in house gemologist.
PLATING
Using our in house complete plating system we plate in
platinum and gold for an extra finish.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our entire production system works with the highest lever of quality control during all production phases, we have created a unique system over the years that minimizes defaults and ensures top ofthe line quality.
